Taiyaki Popup
We've started doing taiyaki popups in Wellington to share our love for Japanese food.
Taiyaki (鯛焼き, lit. 'baked sea bream') is a Japanese fish-shaped waffle, a popular Japanese street food.
While the sweet red bean flavour is the beloved classic, we like to try out new and exciting flavours, both sweet and savoury.
Everything from filling to batter is made entirely in-house and cooked fresh on the spot. Our batter is dairy free and we have vegetarian flavour options too.
