Taiyaki (鯛焼き, “baked sea bream”) is a beloved Japanese street snack that’s been around for over 100 years. Traditionally filled with sweet red bean, it’s a crispy yet fluffy fish-shaped waffle that’s become a popular festive treat.

At our popups, we honour the classic while giving it a playful twist. Each event features two flavours, one sweet and one savoury that will change up regularly.

Every taiyaki is a labour of love. The batter and fillings are made entirely in-house and the taiyaki is cooked fresh on the spot.

Our batter is dairy-free, and we always have vegetarian-friendly options too.
