Currently, Tanuki & Co is unable to accept any returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on orders made on our online store. This is mostly due to the nature of our products being one-off items or only available in small quantities. Please make sure you double check your cart before purchasing.

If an item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that issues reported later than 2 weeks after receiving your order will not be refunded/exchanged.
