Tanuki & Co is hosting a screen printing workshop led by artist Greta Menzies!
A fun, hands-on screen printing workshop using paper stencils!
In this 2.5hour session you’ll learn how to design and cut your own paper stencil, then screen print your artwork onto a tote bag and on your own item you bring along (see details below).
WORKSHOP DETAILS
When: Saturday 24 October, 10:00am – 12:30pm
Where: Tanuki & Co (Hosted in a home apartment space on College Street)

Cost: $88 pp (all materials and first tote bag included)
Class Size: 10-12 participants max. This is primarily an adult workshop but anyone is welcome, if you want to bring a teen (or child), just let us know by email
WHAT'S INCLUDED & WHAT YOU'LL MAKE ON THE DAY:

All materials provided, including 1 tote bag.
Each participant will create one paper stencil design, but this can print up to 3 times in succession.

Extra tote bags will be available on the day for $6 each. (They make great gifts!)

You’re also welcome to bring your own light-coloured cotton or linen item to print on. (Perfect chance to upcycle something you already own, like a T-shirt.)
The workshop is for anyone curious about screen printing, no experience required!
